John heeft als inhuurconsultant 2 servicemanagement processen (Change- en Incident management) geïmplementeerd binnen onze Managed Service afdeling. Dit heeft plaatsgevonden in het kader van een GMP-certificeringstraject en de interne behoefte om de 2 processen aan te passen aan de nieuwe kwaliteitseisen. De werkzaamheden bestonden
uit:

  • Het opnieuw definiëren van de processen. Hierbij heeft als leidraad ITIL vesie 3 gediend. De doelstelling is om één generiek Change-proces en Incident-proces te definiëren, dat zowel door de technische afdeling als voor de functionele afdeling gebruikt kan worden.
  • Vervolgens zijn de processen beschreven en afgestemd met de organisatie.
  • Daarna heeft de implementatie plaatsgevonden. De tooling die gebruikt is is C-WorkGuide.

John heeft op professionele wijze zijn taak ingevuld en op een tactische manier zijn doelstellingen weten te behalen. Ondanks de grote verschillen van inzichten en werkwijzen van beide afdelingen is er toch één goed werkbaar generiek Change-proces ontstaan, dat geaudit is met een zeer positief resultaat. Mede door de aanpak en zijn duidelijke manier van communiceren is er consensus ontstaan dat geleid heeft tot bovenstaand succes.”
